The Minister of Home Affairs, Tito Karnavian, also issued instructions to all regional heads to be proactive in implementing health protocols.
Even in a hearing with the DPR, Tito claimed to have reprimanded 83 regional heads who allowed mass crowds to occur.
Not only that, Tito even threatened to dismiss regional heads who violated health protocols and the law.

These include the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan, and he will also summon the Governor of West Java, Ridwan Kamil.

The Governor of West Java, Ridwan Kamil, is one of the regional heads who will be questioned by the police regarding alleged violations of health protocols, Rizieq Shihab's activities in Megamendung, Bogor, which were popular with the masses.
Ridwan Kamil stated that he was ready to attend the police summons on Friday morning (20/11/2020). RK also stated that the government's technical authority system in West Java is different from DKI.
